Among other things, Victoria Tsai is a HBS graduate, a Wall Street analyst, and Starbucks director. Her most personal creation is Tatcha, one of the fastest growing prestige beauty brands in the world. Victoria and I worked together at Starbucks and now with Tatcha and I loved taking the time to catch up with her.
Victoria is the geisha whisperer. The geisha have been the muse for building the Tatcha brand.
It has been such a privilege to help build the Tatcha brand with Victoria from SF to Kyoto.
And, you kidding me? Hanging out with a Treasure Hunter has its benefits including getting a hat made out of kimono material in Kyoto.
